PROJECT COORDINATOR IMPLANT, INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

Location: Benete, Sumbawa

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at the Benete, Sumbawa site. This implant position is essential for ensuring smooth logistics operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial project management or heavy transportation and be adept at coordinating various operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·       Shipment Coordination: Oversee shipment and consolidation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• ·       Objective Execution: Execute plans to meet agreed customer service, quality, and financial objectives for the assigned site/workstation(s).
• ·       Operational Management: Carry out day-to-day tasks and activities to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• ·       Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor operations in collaboration with network offices, vendors, and carriers. Manage daily reporting and maintain accurate records in the customer's SAP system.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in any major.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial project management or heavy transportation.

Skills:

• ·       Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• ·       Strong background in industrial project shipment management.
• ·       Strong understanding of freight operations and reporting.
• ·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
