Location: NORAM (East Coast – Ohio, Westerville, Florida preferred) or LATAM

We are looking for a Senior Director, HR Strategic Projects to lead the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Core and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) across the NORAM and LATAM regions. The successful applicant will play a key role by managing complex process changes and intricate technical integrations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, corporate partners, and external vendors to ensure alignment and engagement. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks early will be key to avoiding costly delays and ensuring project success. You'll also play a vital role in building long-term sustainability by developing internal capabilities within local project teams throughout the deployment process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Core with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) in NORAM and LATAM, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Managing global transitions and deploying new services while ensuring alignment with standard processes.
  • Acting as a key interface with Global HR leaders, Shared Services, and HR Centres of Excellence.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex technical integrations and process changes.
  • Guiding Regional and Global Steering Committees to facilitate timely issue resolution and decision-making.
  • Driving solution development and prioritizing initiatives based on cost-benefit analysis.
  • Managing project progress, risks, and initiating corrective actions where needed.
  • Supporting outsourcing transitions and validating business cases for change.
  • Ensuring effective planning and delivery of programs within budget and expected quality.
  • Building internal capabilities by mentoring and supporting local project resources.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale HR system transformation projects across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise-level HR systems.
  • High proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • International experience and ability to manage cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
