We’re on the lookout for a new colleague to join our Solution Support team. In this role, you’ll provide expert support, consultancy, and problem-solving for our key business partner : DHL Supply Chain. You’ll collaborate with various internal teams across DHL IT Services (including database, network, OS admins, developers, and more) to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Our application landscape is diverse – from containerized environments and cloud platforms (private and public) to traditional server setups.

You’ll provide 2nd-level support for SOTI Mobicontrol and work closely with DSC strategic vendors to resolve issues and enhance service quality. Additionally, you will lead service restoration efforts and coordinate with internal and external support teams while monitoring service performance to ensure stability. You will assist with global patching of operational devices and automate routine maintenance tasks. It is also important to keep technical documentation accurate and up to date, and you will participate in an on-call rotation, typically one week per month.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Solid experience in IT support and Mobile Device Management (SOTI)
  • Experience with Device Management
  • Hands-on experience with Windows server administration
  • Medium to Advanced Python scripting skills
  • You have some experience with main AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot)
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle DB, with active SQL usage

Nice to Have (But We’ll Train You If Needed!)

  • Understanding of web/application servers (e.g., Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, IIS)
  • Exposure to cloud technologies like OpenShift, Azure, or Docker
