Responsibilities
To plan, organize, and provide direction and oversight and to participate in the activities and functions of the assigned logistics business sectors, which includes: developing overall goals and objectives; developing, implementing and enforcing policies, procedures and standards.
To develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards and to prepares and administrate budgets, including determining staffing and operational needs.
To plan and organize the delivery of programs and services; developing overall budgets; approving expenditures and monitoring revenue and expenditures.
To develop and maintains partnerships and relations with the customers.
To contact the customers frequently in order to understand and fulfill their needs.
Fostering cooperative working relationships with other departments (HSE, HR, Finance, etc.) and customers both externally and within the public sector
Requirements
At least 8 years of working experience especially in Warehouse Operation Management field in 3PL company or related industry
Experienced in managing operation team (+100 staffs) as Warehouse Operation Manager or equivalent level is mandatory
Current or previous experience in food business (frozen, chilled or ambient) is a must
