THE PURPOSE:
You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations to support the growing international business.

THE ROLE
• Manage end-to-end order process through final shipment to customer, ensuring high level of data integrity and accuracy and adherence to deadlines and compliance requirements to allow us to achieve forecasted revenue targets
• Drive daily communication with customers to address inventory needs and perform account maintenance
• Maintain open communication with sales teams and customers regarding order changes, requests or other information
• Partner with sales to determine financial risks and action plans to address movement in order base, including: RTVs, risk to cancel, swaps and defects to achieve dilution targets
• Oversee supply demand matches across multiple virtual warehouses to maximize revenue opportunity
• Follow up with planning on inventory needs to ensure maximum fulfillment and communicate issues, discrepancies, and proposals to mitigate risk
• Ability to manage compliance adherence based on all account requirements and quantify risks as they arise
• Drive weekly reporting to cross-functional partners
• Key partner to multiple DCs, ensuring prompt and compliant deliveries to international distribution partners, department stores, as well as specialty boutiques
• Manage Portals from Customers uploading information, comparing PO’s with our system, confirming PO’s, issuing ASN’s, Box Labels, etc.
• Processing transfers between both Warehouses. Moving Inventory Systematically

• Strong at Excel, pivot tables, V look ups, formulas, and interpreting and analyzing data

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years in an operations management role managing global markets
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Detail-oriented
• Possesses advanced knowledge of standard operating procedures for EDI, retail and wholesale systems, allocation, and account management
• Strong organizational skills
• An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment
