Laboratory Research Technician I



Job Summary

Performs laboratory testing and some analysis on multiple types of specimen samples. Operates and properly sterilizes equipment and maintains inventory and assists with ordering.


Essential Functions
  • Comfortable working with laboratory animals in a research setting
  • Willingness to learn and apply basic laboratory techniques
  • Open to training and development in standard lab procedures
  • Ability to follow safety and ethical guidelines when handling animals
  • Strong interest in scientific research and laboratory work

Physical Effort

Must be able to carry up to 50lbs.
