Inside Sales II
ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who will be responsible for proactively engaging with prospective and existing customers to drive sales and revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in promoting our products, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
The incumbent will have assigned accounts within a specified geography and will be responsible for growing revenue within the assigned accounts. The accounts have various degrees of maturity ranging from new (where establishing new relationships is required) to existing long-term multi-year relationships. Each account will require unique coverage and offer varying levels of opportunity for revenue growth and personal connection/relationship building.
How You Will Help
As assigned, interface with new and existing accounts to identify and develop opportunities to promote and increase the sales pipeline
Follow up and close on customer quotes as directed, which includes but not limited to quote preparation and keeping CRM systems current
Review, process and enter customer orders into ERP
Price incoming non-quoted day-to-day orders.
Respond to customer questions and provide information and data including arranging delivery of orders and providing shipping schedules.
Resolve customer problems regarding pricing, discounts and shipments
Prepare and maintain files for open orders and orders shipped.
Interface with NK packing to coordinate packing of goods in preparation for shipment
Interface with NK shipping center to coordinate shipments of goods
Match and cross check purchase orders against quote as applicable.
Identify special items and forward to purchasing.
Maintain customer list.
Perform other duties as directed
§ Work with marketing team to develop & create literature, website, social media marketing, trade show displays, newsletters, & other advertising outlets.
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
