As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring an unparalleled level of client service. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced working environment that sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of the assigned warehouse, including operations, administration, financials, and compliance with customer expectations.
Lead, plan, monitor, and manage operations with a goal of scaling up to 600 Full-Time Employees (FTEs) within three years.
Diagnose problems, implement process improvements, and enhance productivity and efficiency.
Proactively identify operational enhancements to optimize the overall performance.
Ensure the site adheres to safety standards and aligns with DHL's global standards.
Align the operational plan with customer demand.
Provide the leadership team with the necessary resources for success.
Regularly meet with customers to offer support, review budgets, and assess site performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day and long-term logistics site operations, with a proven track record.
Prior experience as a Warehouse or Site lead in logistics is a prerequisite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and negotiate with customers.
Previous experience with start-ups is a strong advantage.
