In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and maximize mutual benefits. You will work closely with our customers to create tailored account plans that incorporate new products, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the customer lifecycle, leading planning and engagement efforts to ensure long-term success.
  • Translate customer strategy into actionable account plans that highlight opportunities for mutual benefit, including new products and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build and maintain an extensive network of coaching relationships within the customer's organization, gaining access to decision-makers and effectively promoting the value of our services.
  • Balance the needs of the customer with operational requirements by facilitating collaborative solutions, managing, and resolving potential conflicts that may arise.
  • Act as the key contact for the Global Account Manager (GAM), supporting two-way communication and driving meaningful engagement in both directions.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • A sales background or experience complementary to sales is essential.
  • Preferred background in Contract Logistics or DSC experience.
  • Commercial experience is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
