We currently have an opening for a Senior Manager, Talent Management, based in Head Office in Plantation, FL.?The professional that can excel in this role will ensure that we continually look for new approaches to ensure execution of the global and regional Talent Management strategy, design & execution of country Talent Management & L&D roadmap, processes & programs to develop, engage and retain talents within the organization.

Key Responsibilities 


  • Develop and ensure consistent implementation of Talent Management (TM) initiatives, programs, and tools to educate, motivate and engage talents across levels. 
  • Regular reporting and tracking of all talent processes within and beyond LEADS such as succession rate, promotion rates, IDP implementation & quality and other. 
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on LEADS Reviews and dialogues with Business Managers on all levels in the organization. 
  • Develop and oversee execution of succession planning tools and processes for key roles. 
  • Manage and continuously improve professional development paths for high potentials. 
  • Implement high quality Individual Development Plans (IDPs) strategy to all employees, execute and drive continuous improvement in terms of data quality, TM processes synergy and automatization. 
  • Track development opportunities and advise on the application and use of career planning tools and frameworks to Business Managers. 
  • Implement and constantly improve corporate, global, and regional tools, such as Career Marketplace. 
  • Design and execute implementation (in collaboration with TA) of Talent Brokerage across and beyond Express U.S. 
  • Design new learning opportunities for Talents in the U.S. 
  • Promote TM & learning tools like mentoring, coaching and 360 assessments & constantly look for improvement opportunities. 
  • Resolve issues related to TM, integration of key processes and data analytics. 
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and enhance TM process and system effectiveness through process improvements. 
  • Making sure that all TM and L&D processes are managed with all DEIB principles in place and meet all related requirements and standards. 
  • Review and analyze annual Employee Opinion Survey & Great Place to Work surveys data in terms of TM and L&D related aspects and implement plans to improve when necessary. 
  • Support or lead other projects and activities as assigned. 

Qualifications 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Strategy). 
  • Certifications in process improvement, project/change management, coaching, assessment tools, or L&D are a plus. 

Experience 

  • 6+ years in Talent Management or related HR functions. 
  • Proven experience in: 
    • Leadership Development: Coaching senior leaders, 360 assessments, mid-level manager development. 
    • Strategic Talent Management: Workforce/succession planning, talent reviews, organizational design. 
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel; linking talent metrics to business outcomes. 
    • Stakeholder Management: Influencing senior leaders, facilitating change in large, dispersed organizations. 
    • DEI Integration: Promoting inclusive leadership and bias mitigation. 
    • Learning Technologies: Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS and modern digital learning platforms.
