  • Represent IPT in executive forums, including program management reviews (PMRs), requirements reviews, and customer briefings
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, tracking critical milestones and ensuring delivery across service areas
  • Own the requirements lifecycle from intake to decomposition, validation, and traceability using systems engineering best practices
  • Oversee the maintenance of project documentation, metrics, and risk registers using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate project-level risks and blockers affecting mission delivery
  • Drive agile delivery practices across service teams, ensuring visibility, transparency, and velocity
  • Facilitate collaboration across technical leads, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture stakeholders
  • Champion continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and delivery quality across the IPT

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”

If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
