We have an opportunity available for an Equipment Sales Specialist Managed Accounts to work within our Sales Team. This support-focused Equipment Sales Specialist role is designed to accelerate growth across targeted market segments in the US with existing customers. The ideal candidate will act as a shared resource across the team, handling project coordination, tracking orders, ensuring communication with vendor reps, and managing details that delay fulfillment. The role requires technical knowledge of foodservice equipment, basic quoting skills, and strong organizational capabilities. The candidate will work closely with Account Executives, manufacturer reps, and customers to support large equipment sales and ensure smooth project execution.

What you will do:

  • Work with end user customers, manufacturers, Account Executives and Account Managers to specify and quote commercial cooking equipment.
  • Prepare formal quotations and present services related to large equipment sales including install and white glove delivery.
  • Document sales opportunities in Salesforce (CRM) system.
  • Read customer concept drawings and conduct discovery meetings to support customer needs.
  • Serve as large equipment subject matter expert (SME) within managed accounts.
  • Establish strategic relationships with manufacturer reps to gain competitive advantage.
  • Advise foodservice professionals about equipment and develop product knowledge.
  • Track orders, coordinate projects, and ensure vendor communication to prevent delays.
  • Navigate DotNet and AQ systems for quoting and order management.
  • Organize and prioritize a large volume of sales opportunities daily.

What we need:

  • Support-oriented mindset with basic equipment knowledge (e.g., ice machines, reach-ins).
  • Experience with DotNet and AQ systems; auto-quoting skills preferred.
  • Strong vendor relationship management and order verification skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
