Job Description

We are looking for a visionary and highly skilled Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) to lead the global evangelism and technical engagement strategy for our next-generation AI Agent-based solutions. This is a senior-level role that combines deep technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and exceptional communication capabilities. The Field CTO will act as the bridge between our product innovation and customer success by translating AI-driven value propositions into real-world impact for enterprise customers across key industries. 

This role will shape how we position and scale our AI capabilities globally and will be instrumental in aligning product development, GTM strategy, and customer engagement. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, sales teams, and clients to ensure that our solutions not only meet but exceed expectations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Evangelism & Strategic Engagement 

  • Serve as a senior technical ambassador for our AI capabilities, inspiring confidence in both internal teams and external stakeholders. 

  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, technical buyers, and industry influencers, advocating for AI adoption through thought leadership and consultative engagement. 

  • Drive awareness and strategic conversations across enterprise clients, showcasing how AI can deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Framing & Sales Enablement 

  • Lead high-impact sales pursuits in partnership with various stake holders. 

  • Articulate the feasibility and business value of AI solutions with evidence-based insights tailored to the clients unique challenges. 

  • Develop scalable positioning materials, messaging, and customer-facing toolkits that support a consistent GTM narrative. 

Technical Demonstrations & Solution Showcases 

  • Design and deliver persuasive technical demos and conceptual prototypes to illustrate the practical capabilities of AI across workflows and industry scenarios. 

  • Equip pre-sales teams with reusable demo frameworks and enablement assets that increase field readiness. 

Proposal & Content Development 

  • Contribute to the creation of comprehensive proposal templates including technical architecture outlines, effort estimation models, and deployment timelines. 

  • Ensure all technical content reflects real-world constraints and implementation considerations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with product, R&D, Marketing, and commercial strategy teams to align field intelligence with the broader product roadmap. 

  • Act as a critical feedback loop between clients and development teams, surfacing market needs and emerging use cases. 

Market & Competitive Intelligence 

  • Stay abreast of advancements in AI and adjacent technologies to inform strategic decisions. 

  • Monitor competitive offerings and trends to maintain a strong market position and differentiate our capabilities effectively. 

Training & Organizational AI Uplift 

  • Mentor and educate internal teams, particularly those less familiar with AI concepts, to foster a culture of innovation and AI literacy. 

  • Lead enablement sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives across global regions and business units. 

Success Measures 

  • Sales KPIs: Contribution to AI-related pipeline growth, customer engagement volume, solution consumption, and associated revenue. 

  • Engagement Metrics: Number and quality of global client and pre-sales engagements, with an emphasis on field-validated practices. 

  • Content Impact: Quality, scalability, and adoption of materials and tooling developed for field and customer use. 

  • Thought Leadership: Influence in the market through speaking engagements, webinars, whitepapers, and strategic advisory roles. 



Qualifications

  • Proven ability to evangelize complex technical solutions to executive-level audiences and influence strategic decision-making. 

  • Practical understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data analysis techniques, and large language models.  

  • Familiarity with agent-based systems, automation frameworks, or multi-modal AI systems. 

  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment, ideally within a high-scale software company. 

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics into impactful business narratives. 

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of solving customer problems using innovative technologies. Willingness to travel globally to support client engagements and internal initiatives.  

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, product strategy, or customer innovation roles.
