Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing all contracts in accordance with company policies.
  • Support drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating and executing a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to, statements of work, master service & product agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement agreements, general purchase agreements, reseller agreements, teaming agreements and memorandums of understanding, software OEM agreements, software development agreements, license agreements, general terms and conditions, and consulting agreements.
  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Ensure contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Inform internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts, including but not limited to, risk assessment, and contractual compliance.
  • Investigate and solve contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally within the company.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Experience in Telecommunications contracting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications regulatory compliance, state & local regulatory compliance, and contracting geolocation tracking and messaging services are a plus.

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
