The Survey Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple land survey projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serving as the primary liaison between SAM and clients, this role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land survey projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards and client requirements.
Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, contracts, and billing to support project success.
Monitor and report on project financials, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Work in Progress (WIP), and billing cycles.
Establish work plans, staffing needs, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
Provide technical oversight, including signing and sealing plats, field notes, and control drawings as required.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, presentations, and business development efforts.
Represent the company at industry meetings, trade shows, and other business development opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with sub-consultants, internal teams, and other business partners.
Support staff growth through mentorship, training, and performance development.
Assist other operational units and contribute to strategic company initiatives as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve company goals.
