Key Responsibilities:
Lead a small team of Finance Analysts in our Accounting HUB to manage UKI Indirect Overhead cost centres, involving analysis, month end activities and reporting
Collaborate closely with Country Operations, Country Finance, Controlling, and Shared Services teams, to ensure accurate and timely financial planning
Present to; support & build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, fostering a culture of innovation
Mentor, manage, train and support analysts reporting to your role
Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, other hubs, and shared service centres for seamless collaboration
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Ideally 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience in managing a small team is preferred, but not essential.
Ability to effectively communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
Experience with modern Finance/ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud IFRS knowledge
Strong English knowledge
Willingness to delve into the detail and provide analysis as and when required
The ability to travel international 1-4 times per year (if required)
