About the role:

A key part of DHL eCommerce UK Limited success is the quality of our self-employed Delivery & Collection Drivers.  Our Administrators work closely with these drivers at our Carlisle Owner Driver Management Centre.

This is an important role, in which you will need to liaise daily with regional sites, service providers and sub-contractor owner drivers, to ensure that strict payment deadlines are adhered to.

You will strive for continuous process improvement and be willing to highlight any development opportunities to the Office Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • A pro-active approach to their daily work
  • The ability to communicate clearly using e-mail, phone or Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent computer skills (must be fully competent with Microsoft Office)
  • At least 1 year’s office experience
  • NVQ level 1 or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • The ability to work off own initiative as well as part of a small team
