Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of customer billing for a defined set of customers. Responsibilities include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly invoicing for various revenue streams on a timely basis.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices to customers for payment in accordance with customer contracts and company policies.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and clients.
Process adjustments/credits as needed.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions in the accounting system.
Provide excellent customer service by responding timely to billing inquiries
Assist with special projects as needed
Internal Controls
Document and follow relevant internal controls over financial reporting.
Directly assist subsidiaries and other departments to document and adhere to relevant internal controls over financial reporting for their respective functions.
Skills and Requirements
High school diploma with additional college coursework desired
Associate's degree in accounting is preferred
1 year of accounts receivable or general accounting experience; experience in the gaming industry a plus.
Experience with high customer and invoice volume is preferred
Proficiency in Business Central and Sales Force preferred
Experience with MS Excel is required
Ability to communicate with customers and internal partners in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment in allotted timeframes
