Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of customer billing for a defined set of customers. Responsibilities include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly invoicing for various revenue streams on a timely basis.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers for payment in accordance with customer contracts and company policies.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and clients.
  • Process adjustments/credits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions in the accounting system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding timely to billing inquiries
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Internal Controls
  • Document and follow relevant internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Directly assist subsidiaries and other departments to document and adhere to relevant internal controls over financial reporting for their respective functions.
Skills and Requirements
  • High school diploma with additional college coursework desired
  • Associate's degree in accounting is preferred
  • 1 year of accounts receivable or general accounting experience; experience in the gaming industry a plus.
  • Experience with high customer and invoice volume is preferred
  • Proficiency in Business Central and Sales Force preferred
  • Experience with MS Excel is required
  • Ability to communicate with customers and internal partners in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment in allotted timeframes
