Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping workplace culture? Were looking for a Human Resources Director to join our leadership team and drive people strategies that align with our business goals.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of four HR team members and support a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted coach and counselor to the executive team.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous development.
• Oversee Workday HRIS operations and optimize HR systems and reporting.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate organizational risk.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
• Must have hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, including system administration, reporting, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated experience coaching and advising senior leaders and executives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must reside within driving distance of Harrison, OH and be available for on-site leadership and collaboration.
