Part-Time HR Clerk - Military veterans preferred

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire an HR Clerk to work on a temporary 4–6-week assignment in Albuquerque, NM.

• Pay Date: 20.00
• Start Date: Immediately
• Schedule: Part-Time 24 hours per week; flexibility in day worked
• Location: In office – Northeast Albuquerque

Job Duties:

• Sorting through file boxes to alphabetize and sort employee files
• Categorize information on Excel spreadsheets
• Obtain approval from Records Coordinators when work is completed
• Seek shipping information for boxes to be archived by state guidelines and requirements

Requirements:

• Proven HR and Recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of administrative Assistant or Office Clerk experience.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience with office management and daily operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good practical experience with MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of office equipment.
• Strong verbal skills, including communicating over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
