YOUR DAY AS OUR IC CYCLE COUNT SPECIALIST

As an IC Cycle Count Specialist, you begin your day by performing scheduled cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. You maintain clear, concise, and detailed records of all counting activities, which are essential for tracking discrepancies. Throughout the day, you collaborate with Inventory Analysts to resolve any identified discrepancies promptly. You also engage in pick location replenishment and re-slotting activities, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you assist warehouse operations as needed, participating in pick/pack activities and operating machinery, such as forklifts. You remain flexible and ready to perform all other duties assigned, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.

MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

SOME HELPFUL REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR IC CYCLE COUNT SPECIALIST

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control/Cycle Count preferred
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Computer-literate with experience using systems that support inventory management, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail with strong communication skills
• Ability to perform in a team or group environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (training will be provided as necessary)
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear
• Ability to use hands and fingers for data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
