Chesapeake Technologies International (CTI) is looking for a Senior Tactical Communications Subject Matter Expert (SME) with advance knowledge of Tactical Assault Kit Servers (TAK Server). This position is in direct support of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agencys TAK network. Â As the Senior Tactical Communicator for this contract, you will oversee a team of 4 communicators spread across 3-separate shifts. These team members will be responsible for remote technical assistance to ICEs TAK infrastructure and day-to-day maintenance of the TAK ecosystem. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET), Tactical Data Link (TDL), Tactical Radio, Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) and federating TAK networks with other federal agencies. This role will require SME support for managing the Agencys TAK Servers remotely. As the senior member of the team, you will ensure the customer has persistent technical assistance 24/7.

Location: This position is remote. However, occasional travel will be required to support business needs, including client engagements, team collaboration, training sessions, or field operations. Travel frequency will vary based on project demands and organizational priorities.
