Responsibilities

 

Can live anywhere in the US must be able to work in pacific standard time. 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Services Support 2 Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support for high-volume, transaction-oriented assignments. The position involves data entry, document verification, and adherence to established processes within our contractual business framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform data entry functions across various systems

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent 

 

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with data entry and document processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume environment

Preferred skills:

  • Medical records experience
