SEH is expanding into Nebraska & Kansas, and your addition to our Civil Engineering Design team will be instrumental to our expansion. We are currently searching for a talented Client Service Manager III to join and grow with our Civil Engineering team! You will help provide business growth advice, lead projects, meet with our clients and focus on timely and profitable projects. Your ability to pursue and secure project work is important, building client relationships in conjunction with regional marketing priorities is high priority. You can work remote and be located in Nebraska or Kansas!

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
Experience with the process of completing public and private infrastructure projects
Understanding of state and federal grant programs, grant administration, and project formulation
Demonstrated strong communication skills and client relations skills
Ability to lead project efforts, including proposal preparation, project scoping, budget development, client communication, and project quality review
Must be experienced coordinating and leading client and public presentations
Ability to travel frequently or as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site visits, conferences, etc. Overnight travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience working in public and private infrastructure or related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong business development skills including preparation of proposals, contracts, and business plans

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $140,000 and $165,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
