We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounting Administrator.

What you will do in the position:

  • Accounts Receivable Functions
    • Maintains customer account database
    • Processes all intercompany billing
    • Manages reoccurring customer ACH payments
    • Processes customer credits and invoices as needed
    • Maintains customer subscription accounts and billing
    • Provides backup support for the Credit/Collection Administrators
  • Accounts Payable Functions
    • Maintains vendor account database
    • Reconciles intercompany accounts
    • Reconciles Monthly bank statement
    • Manages Use Tax and quarterly remittances
    • Assists with year-end audits and 1099 reporting
  • System and Process Management Functions
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and other departments to improve financial procedures and optimizes the ERP system
    • Coordinates with IT or ERP support teams to resolve system errors or data inconsistencies
    • Maintains organized and audit-ready financial documentation
    • Conducts internal audits

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to work independently and autonomously
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient with computers and Microsoft products
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to keep information confidential and maintain discretion
    • Ability to reprioritize tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of related experience
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred

The posted pay range, $23.18 to$ 30.87, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
