BLD Services LLC is seeking an experienced CIPP-Construction Project Manager to lead all aspects of current and upcoming projects in the Tennessee market, with a strong focus on the Nashville CWN Program.

The starting salary is $80,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience. Quarterly and Yearly bonus opportunities are also available

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and coordinate the successful completion of BLD’s scope of work for large-scale rehabilitation projects throughout the TN market, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead coordination efforts with local General Contractors and Subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Develop, update, and maintain weekly installation schedules to ensure field crews are aligned and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Supervise the management and ordering of CIPP lateral inventory to support uninterrupted field operations and project continuity.
  • Prepare and finalize all pre- and post-bid project deliverables, including detailed product submittals and data collection for billing purposes.
  • Supervise crew results and manage all aspects of project video documentation to ensure compliance and quality control.
  • Serve as BLD’s on-site field representative for specific projects, providing leadership, problem-solving, and client communication as needed.
  • Manage permitting processes and traffic control requirements to ensure legal compliance and minimal disruption to the public.
  • Provide support to estimating efforts by offering field knowledge and data for bid preparation.
  • Enforce and maintain safety protocols on all assigned projects, promoting a culture of accountability and hazard awareness.

What We Need From You:

  • Experience in Construction or Project Management experience managing large projects.
  • Valid and safe driving record.
  • Strong grasp of project P&L and balance sheet calculations.
  • Skilled in collections, contract management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
  • Estimating and bid proposal experience.
  • Strong leadership and people skills — able to inspire teams and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to travel throughout Tennessee.
