SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Repair Coordinator to manage and over see repair requests from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and vendors to ensure timely cost-effective, and high-quality repairs.
JOB DUTIES
- Coordinate and schedule repairs with vendors
- Track and mange repair request through internal system
- Ensure all repair work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and warranties
- Communicates repair timelines and updates to customer
- Provide Quotes to the customer when needed
- Maintains a clean well, organized and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Licenses and Certifications- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:- No Supervisory Responsibility
BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: No
