Job Description:

Upon contract award, we have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) and Alternate Program Manager (APM). Candidate will support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. The PM will be responsible for all aspects of the performance of the work. The APM will be responsible when the PM is absent.?

Duties

  • Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities

  • Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements.

  • Interface with the Government's COR

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority

  • Must be available to the Government during normal business hours and will be available during all other times, as required.

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

Job Requirements:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • PMP Certification

  • Minimum of five years of experience as a program manager with experience directing an administrative staff and 300+ part-time employees.

  • Minimum of 15 years of combined law enforcement/training experience.

  • Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.
