Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure documentation compliance by reviewing and updating quality-related documents and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on quality metrics to management for informed decision-making.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and ISO 9001 requirements.
Assist in the preparation for external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
Experience in conducting internal audits and familiarity with audit processes.
Excellent understanding of document control and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams.
