As a Logistics Systems Manager, you will gain exposure to every aspect of our business including best practice warehousing processes, continuous improvement, IT systems, client relationship management, and more.

Working independently to manage your time, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop lean programs and teams in Quality assurance with process strategy.
  • Implementing, reviewing and promoting operations ways of working and site Data Management Systems and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Obtaining feedback from key stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships across the site.
  • Delivering training and coaching to stakeholders on key standards, including performance management, standardisation, leadership, and continuous improvement
  • Coaching and influencing stakeholders towards a successful outcome for DHL and the operation

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Commerce, Project Management, or a related field
  • Outstanding ability to influence behaviour and continuous improvement programs
  • Proven experience in the supply chain industry
  • Previous experience in a project management or process improvement role.
  • Effective communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
