Answer the Help Desk line, log all calls, and resolve or reassign issues to appropriate IT staff.
Follow up on calls in a timely manner to ensure resolution.
Maintain the Help Desk server application.
Manage the PC fleet, including procurement and inventory of all end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients).
Evaluate new devices and provide recommendations.
Manage the printer fleet, including procurement and inventory of all office and desktop printers.
Evaluate new printers and provide recommendations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in a Help Desk environment.
Skilled in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and phone systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and quality.
Education:
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems related area of study
