Continuous Improvement Manager - Military veterans preferred

We're now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to take the lead on driving and delivering proactive change initiatives as part of a Continuous Improvement culture.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Building strong relationships with Account Managers and Department Heads to proactively identify needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translating client operational requirements into focused improvement projects that enhance performance and service delivery.
• Communicating progress on initiatives clearly and regularly using agreed KPIs, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Lead on defining a plan, and implement improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth handover and clear accountability across teams.
• Identifying areas for cost and service improvement across the network.

• Proven track record of driving performance improvements and embedding best practices.
