Opportunity to join DHL in a leadership role

This is not your typical warehouse job. As a supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations including packing, kitting, restocking airline service carts, and washroom coordination. You’ll lead a team of frontline staff, ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality standards, and timely delivery to meet airline schedules.

But this role goes beyond routine. The environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving, with frequent changes in flight schedules, customer requirements, and operational priorities. You’ll need to be adaptable, quick-thinking, and ready to lead your team through shifting demands while maintaining service excellence.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
•    Lead and support a team of packers and washroom attendants within a fast-paced 4PL airline catering operation, ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
•    Manage daily operational activities, including packing, kitting, restocking airline service carts, and washroom coordination, to meet strict airline schedules and service standards.
•    Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and respond to changing operational demands.
•    Coach, develop, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
•    Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
•    Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
•    Adapt quickly to changing priorities, flight schedules, and customer requirements, ensuring smooth operations under pressure.
•    Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the operation.
•    Work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with flexibility to support operational needs as required.

Please Note DHL Internal applications close on Monday, 15 September 2025.
