Responsibilities

Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities
Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc., as necessary.
 Guide the HR Ops Specialist in achieving the delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies
Analyze and understand market competitiveness and trends in HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements
 Enhance Site awareness and ensure compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
Partner with the Site EE Champion in the implementation of employee engagement activities in line with the EOS and GPTW                 
Ensure completion Training (Onboarding,OJT, refresher, mandatory, and certified)  
Support Site Operational requirements related to HR matters.     

Requirements

Basic understanding in Logistics industry (not a must)

Experience more than 2 years  

Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc. 

Bachelor’s Degree  

HR certification is an advantage
