Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities | ||||||||
Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc., as necessary. | ||||||||
Guide the HR Ops Specialist in achieving the delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies | ||||||||
Analyze and understand market competitiveness and trends in HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements | ||||||||
Enhance Site awareness and ensure compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations | ||||||||
Partner with the Site EE Champion in the implementation of employee engagement activities in line with the EOS and GPTW | ||||||||
Ensure completion Training (Onboarding,OJT, refresher, mandatory, and certified) | ||||||||
Support Site Operational requirements related to HR matters. |
Basic understanding in Logistics industry (not a must)
Experience more than 2 years
Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.
Bachelor’s Degree
HR certification is an advantage
