Responsibilities
Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities.
Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as talent management and sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc. as necessary.
Guide the HR Ops Specialist in achieving the delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies.
Analyze and understand market competitiveness and trends in HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements.
Enhance site awareness and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements/regulations.
Partner with Site EE Champions in the implementation of employee engagement activities in line with the EOS and GPTW
Ensure completion training (onboarding, ojt, refresher, mandatory and certified)
Support site operational requirements related to HR matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any related program
Experience in warehouse and logistics industry is an advantage
Experience in all facets of Human Resource
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Amenable to work onsite in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite
