Responsibilities

• Resolving conflicts in actual operatons.


• Helping your team accomplish their goals. Strong leadership skills are needed to inspire, motivate and guide the team.


• Responsible for delegating tasks and assigning roles to team members.


• Organize team initiatives.


• Setting performance standards, measuring progress, and providing feedback.


• Updating productivity update.


• Coordination with Customers regarding concerns and corrective actions.

Requirements

• with at least 5 years of experience in warehousing Operations and systems.


• College Diploma is a plus.


• Proficient in Excel applications.


• Can communicate in English language.
