We're seeking a Duty Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Daily operational lead for Front of House area that comprises of Check-In/Boarding/Dispatch/Operations functions
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.
• Demonstrate an operational leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in the operation
• Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
• Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
• Track team and individual performance of the employees.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Aviation or DHL experience preferable.
• Customer service experience required
• Operations experience managing a team
• Microsoft Packages - Excel , PowerPoint, word

?SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

• Be able to provide five years' address history
• Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
