System Associate - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data entry and updates for outbound shipments, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.


• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment and shipment scheduling.


• Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvement in outbound operations.


• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper picking, packing, and loading procedures are followed.


• Monitor and track outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


• Support system upgrades and implementations, including testing and user acceptance.


• Provide training and support to warehouse personnel on the use of the outbound system.


• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integration and workflow efficiency in outbound processes.

Requirements

• With Bachelors Degree of any course.


• With job experience in Warehouse systems and ability to navigate and input information via warehouse management system.


• With extensive knowledge in using Microsoft office. Proficient particularly in Excel application.


• Can write and understand English.


• Able to communicate well with Superiors and Customers.
