Your New Role and Responsibilities
We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to support one of our multi-year high profile programs. Reporting into a Program Manager – Project Services and working alongside a collaborative and tight-nit project team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your project management experience.

Responsibilities
Manage contract and resourcing registers, report variances to senior stakeholders, and provide monthly staffing updates.
Maintain document management systems including templates, review procedures, deliverable quality audits, and registers.
Support project delivery through meeting coordination, secretariat duties, and tracking of actions and deliverables.
Liaise between management and project teams to assist in the operational delivery of projects and services.
Provide general project support including onboarding/offboarding, compliance monitoring, and promoting best practice.
About You
Demonstrated ability to prioritise, work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong professional relationships.
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role, ideally within the IT sector.
General understanding of project coordination with some exposure to technical aspects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proactive approach to work, with strong organisational and communication skills.
?This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance and be able to uplift to NV-1 level clearance.
