Essential Functions

These are the job duties required of the position.

Essential Functions
  • Supports scheduling, workflows, and communications related to strategic planning, continuous improvement, outcomes reporting, accreditation, compliance, surveys.
  • Maintains institutional effectiveness documentation and records.
  • Retrieves, prepares, and organizes institutional data using Banner, Navigate, and other systems to support reports, dashboards, and decision-making tools.
  • Cleans, formats, and analyzes datasets for internal and external reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and related tools.
  • Develops data analyses, dashboards, and reports for the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness staff to support institutional decision-making, accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Provides basic user support for institutional effectiveness-related software systems (e.g., planning, compliance, survey, or assessment tools.)
  • Greets and routes visitors.
  • Answers telephone and directs calls.
  • Offers guidance to students, faculty, staff, and administrators on matters related to institutional effectiveness.
  • Manages logistics and documentation for meetings, workshops, and committees.
  • Monitors expenditures, processes contracts and invoices, and supports day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintains and coordinates timely and accurate annual updates to the Faculty Handbook.
  • Supervises undergraduate student workers as needed.
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
  • Related duties as required.
