Department Overview
The PIMC provides Intermediate level care for Medical/Surgical patients 0-18 years of age, excluding obstetric patients. Populations served include non-ICU Neurosurgical, Video EEG and spectrum scan Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic trach/ventilated patients, Select Hyperbilirubinemia, Select Cardiac Surgery, and Research Patients, complex post –op patients including orthopedic spine patients, crani’s, and bladder augmentations.

Either Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Residency Learning Pathway or Orientation experience for about 10-12 weeks depending on the care area with an employment service agreement.Â
