POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Data and Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of end-to-end reporting and integration solutions. Equipment Depot is a data driven organization and the IT Data and Integration Analyst plays a key role in enabling this by maintaining the underlying framework for both comprehensive reporting across the company and integrations between tightly coupled systems, both internally and externally.

The IT Data and Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of end-to-end reporting and integration solutions. Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Lead design and development of business facing reports
  • Support the overall reporting infrastructure to ensure data is available for cross-company reporting requirements
  • Triage and troubleshoot reported issues with existing reports
  • Design, implement, and support increased volumes of data accessible from new applications for cross-company reporting
  • Participate in the planning and support of overarching data strategy for cross-company applications.
  • Lead the technical design of integrations between applications, both internally and externally.
  • Support the overall integration infrastructure, including middleware software and traditional file transfers, to ensure integrations are executing as expected.
  • Troubleshoot reported issues with existing integrations.
  • Participate in the identification, recommendation, and implementation of technical integrations and automation to decrease manual activities across the company
  • Execute ad hoc database queries in coordination with applications team.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to build reliable and redundant solutions.


Qualifications:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelors degree preferred (Four year college / university) or equivalent industry experience
Experience: 5+ years of related experience in database, reporting, and / or application integration, including IT support.
Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL. Preferred experience with Boomi middleware applications.

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations, but will be primarily remote
