About the Role:As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead JSX’s paid media strategy and execution to scale Customer acquisition and revenue. Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results while staying aligned with company objectives.
A Day in the Life:Your day will be fast-paced and data-driven, focused on running campaigns that convert, analyzing performance, and finding new growth opportunities to fuel JSX’s marketing funnel. Additional responsibilities include:
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels including search, social, display, programmatic, and emerging platforms.Develop targeting and retargeting strategies to attract new Customers and convert high-intent users.Run A/B tests and implement conversion rate optimization tactics across the funnel.Maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap to identify new growth opportunities.Analyze campaign performance using CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics.Deliver weekly and quarterly reporting with insights and recommendations.Partner with agencies to refine measurement frameworks and attribution models.Manage paid media budget, pacing, and forecasting to meet ROI and acquisition goals.Collaborate with creative teams on ad content and landing pages.Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal initiatives.Why You’ll Love This Role:Be Part of a Team That Values You: Collaborate with supportive colleagues who are passionate about growth and innovation.Make a Tangible Impact: Your strategies directly influence revenue, acquisition, and market share.Experiment and Iterate: Test new ideas and optimize constantly in a fast-paced environment.Career Growth: Build advanced expertise in paid media and performance marketing while driving visible results.What Makes a Successful Growth Marketing Specialist?We’re looking for someone who is:

Required Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid mediaPreferred Experience:Background in growth marketing or performance-driven digital roles within travel, hospitality, or e-commerceSkill, Licenses, & Certifications:Deep knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPsExperience with GA4, Looker, or BI tools for funnel, cohort, and attribution analysisFamiliarity with CRM/CDP tools such as Segment, HubSpot, Braze, or KlaviyoStrong analytical mindset with expertise in testing frameworks and business impact modelingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex dataOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Pay & Perks:Compensation is $60,000-$70,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
