Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Strong knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes Team Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of warehouse associates, including assigning tasks, setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency, such as implementing lean methodologies or technology solutions.
Health and Safety Compliance: Understanding of health and safety regulations in warehousing, including proper handling of hazardous materials, equipment safety protocols, and compliance with DHL -Standard
Inventory Control: Experience in implementing and maintaining effective inventory control systems, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and minimizing stock variances.
Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality control procedures and the ability to ensure that products meet quality standards through inspections, audits, and adherence to quality assurance protocols.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing operational data, such as productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order accuracy, to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
