Responsibilities

  • Comply with the security, safety, and quality standards relevant to the area, including dock rules and PPE requirements.
  • Ensure proper communication of safety, quality, and operational updates during shift handovers.
  • Report any issues or deviations from standards to the Team Leader.
  • Conduct and follow the standard procedures for MHE inspections using Infolink before equipment usage.
  • Maintain a 98% attendance reliability rate.
  • Uphold 5S principles in the work area.
  • Attend all required training sessions, refreshers, and safety, quality, and operational alignment meetings.
  • Participate in WI reviews every month.
  • Ensure the proper use and handling of equipment, such as the reach truck (MPJ) and scanning devices, to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
  • Operate the Reach Truck Unit and be flexible in performing inbound, outbound, and replenishment operations.
  • Operate the scissors lift and Reach Truck Unit.
  • Retrieve and consolidate collapsed cases onto pallets.
  • Accurately transact damaged and good finished goods (FGs) in the system. - Create Quality Assurance Reports (QAR).
  • Handle the retrieval of missing cases and reconcile finished goods.
  • Manage the reconciliation and retrieval of aging finished goods in staging locations.
  • Achieve target KPIs and productivity levels.
  • Request the activation and deactivation of locations from WQP/KU.
  • Report any collapsed finished goods to the supervisor.
  • Follow the Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Handle finished goods carefully to prevent any product damage due to operator mishandling.
  • Support other areas during inventory discrepancy days (IDDs).

Requirements

  • At least Highschool Graduate
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Experience in MHE equipment (forklift, reach truck, counter balance)
  • Willing to extend working hours when the need arises
  • Work on shifting schedule and holidays
