We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision parts and components. The individual must demonstrate the ability to efficiently set up and operate any machine in the shop to the highest production standards. They must be capable of completing any assigned operations with precision and consistency. Must be able to skillfully and efficiently use all the various machine tools and gauges, read, interpret, and follow blueprints and instructions, and perform work to extremely close tolerances. Flexibility is key, as the individual must be willing to transition frequently between different operations or machines based on production needs. Additionally, they should possess the capability to instruct, train, and support other personnel within the Machine Shop and/or Maintenance areas, as needed. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning and development; participation in training is mandatory.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Very good physical condition.

· Ability to ascend and descend large equipment.

· Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Ability to work with limited supervision to production standards and requirements.

· Availability for shift work and overtime required.
