POSITION SUMMARY

This role will be essential in supporting and implementing the Practice Growth and Practice Services strategy of the Straumann Group throughout the North America region. This involves providing value-added services aimed at improving our customers' business capabilities to foster practice and business expansion for both customers and clinicians. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America, this position will work with the Neodent brand within the Straumann Group portfolio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Build & Execute Plans for Implant Growth Services

  • Develop and deliver growth programs focused on implant case acceptance, referral development, and patient flow.
  • Partner with sales teams and practice identifying and pursuing opportunities for expanding implant services and generating service revenue.
  • Create educational resources and digital tools to support practice growth services.
  • Ensure services align with regulations and quality standards.

Business Development & Service sales

  • Manage the full sales process for practice growth services and partner with sales teams on commercialization.
  • Close opportunities by addressing customer needs and demonstrating value.
  • Drive growth by generating new revenue through service sales while also supporting implant new customer acquisition (NCA), and customer growth.

Coaching, Training & Practice Support

  • Conduct virtual and in-office assessments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver coaching sessions on case presentation, patient communication, acceptance rates and practice growth.
  • Guide practices in optimizing implant workflows, patient engagement, and clinical-business alignment

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical, education, operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Track and report KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engaging and training internal teams to support practice growth.
  • Coordinating with sales teams to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings.
  • Engaging with Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers to identify opportunities and educate on Straumann Group Practice Growth offerings
  • Drive the integration of innovative technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to increase revenue through patient-focused initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the NAM market strategies to enhance practice growth within territories
  • Fulfill other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
  • Complete all CRM activities, expense reporting and training.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high quality standards.

Customer Support:

  • Conduct virtual and in-office practice growth assessments.
  • Provide in-office coaching and assessments.
  • Execute strategic plans for B2B practice growth and services to generate new revenue based on the assessments.
  • Implement educational programs and resources for dental practices to improve patient care.
  • Execute strategies to support dental practices in enhancing patient engagement and generating new revenue.
  • Promote and attend practice growth flagship events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and implementation of practice services.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand service offerings and generate additional revenue.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to expand service offerings and enhance patient engagement.

PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Up to 35% travel: fieldwork, talking to customers, trade shows, regional meetings, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare
  • 3-5 years related marketing experience in Medical Device/Life Sciences Industries
  • 3-5 years dental industry experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of the dental industry, including clinical and practice management.
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and proficiency in presenting product ideas.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with B2C strategies and consumer engagement.
  • Previous experience working as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) or within a dental practice, understanding the operational and clinical aspects of running a practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Strong relationship management with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of the value and positioning of Education and Practice Growth solutions and services from a practice and customer perspective
