Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is actively seeking a results-driven Program Manager to support an upcoming proposal effort* for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risk
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
Supervise configuration and data management activities

Deliver comprehensive project status updates to key stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field
This position is required to be designated as an Information Assurance Management (IAM) II or higher:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in program management, including both technical oversight and administrative duties related to government contracts
Demonstrated experience with contract deliverables, schedule oversight, and budget tracking
At least 5 years of relevant hands-on management experience with DoD or Navy IT Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels
Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Security Clearance: Applicants must hold an active Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required to maintain clearance eligibility at this location.
