Job Summary
This position will answer the main college telephone line and greet guests visiting the Administrative Suite. Other tasks include assisting staff with unpacking office supplies, copying, filing, scanning, possibly editing Word documents and entering data into Excel spreadsheets, and running errands on campus if needed. Other duties as assigned. This is a Federal Work Study position only, so applicants must be eligible for Fall/Spring FWS.

Great customer service skills and courteous telephone manner.

Office/clerical, front desk, and receptionist experience. Law and Legal Studies majors preferred.
