You would join a high paced commercial bakery and be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance of all areas within the facility. You will ensure that sanitation procedures align with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The Sanitation Supervisor will lead a team of sanitation workers, coordinate cleaning schedules, and implement sanitation protocols to support a safe and efficient production environment. Looking for a minimum 5 years of sanitation experience in a commercial food production or bakery environment, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
